Welsh rarebit is an unctuous spiced cheese-based sauce traditionally spread on thick toast but pairs exceptionally well with smoked fish when grilled until bubbling & charred. Often made with milk but our version uses beer for a sharp tangy edge.

Cooking
- Spread onto thick-cut toast or smoked haddock & place under a hot grill until bubbling and golden.
Storage
Previously frozen, do not re-freeze. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
