We aim to provide you with the smoothest delivery experience possible. Our couriers have been carefully chosen to deliver your parcel quickly, with care. Our fully recyclable packaging will ensure your order remains chilled until arrival.
Standard delivery fee is £4.95 Tuesday-Friday, between 8am and 6pm ( Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, delivery times may be extended by the courier), to a single UK mainland residential address. Excl. The Scottish Highlands.
Delivery is free on weekday orders over £75, orders underneath this value will incur a £4.95 delivery fee.
A Saturday services is available at a cost of £6.50.
Your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 8.00pm. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, delivery times may be extended by our courier company.
Please note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic there may still be some issues with the national couriers, there may be some delay with delivery. The courier packaging we use is designed to maintain the required temperature for 60+ hours should there be any delay to your delivery. All parcels leave us on a next day service and in 99% of cases will arrive to you next day. Any delay following this is due to DPD handling and we would kindly request you to contact them in the first instance on 0141 275 4815.
Due to the nature of the produce orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, even subject to DPD delays as this is unfortunately outwith our control. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to recieve the parcel at the address provided. Should you no longer be able to recieve the parcel, you must contact us as early as possible and if we are able to re-direct the parcel back to us, we'll be happy to do so - this is entrirely subject to where the parcel is in the DPD network and whether or not return is possible. Parcels unable to be re-directed will not be refunded.

You can download the APP, get text and email updates so it's a fully trackable delivery service, 99% of parcels arrive next day. We highly recommend you download the DPD APP so you can leave your delivery preferences and also watch the driver on his route.
It is important your contact details are correct when ordering, if not this will prevent you from getting order delivery updates.
IMPORTANT - As our products are perishable goods, our DPD account is setup so that if you happen to not be at home, your parcel will be left in a safe place, which may be outside. We have it setup like this because if DPD cannot reach you, the parcel returns to the depot and is destroyed. We want our goods to be left in a safe place so you receive your order upon return and are able to enjoy it! If you are not happy with this, please do not order. If you are not at home to collect your parcel we cannot be held responsible for weather damaging your parcel or theft.
All fresh fish will arrive vacuum sealed and ready for freezer storage. Freshly prepared meals will arrive in plastic containers which can be fully recycled within your household waste. The vacuum packs and containers are then placed inside a recycled plastic inner, alongside gel packs and then carefully wrapped and placed inside one of our simple cardboard boxes. We felt it necessary to use cardboard as polystyrene boxes are not only unsightly but also not easy for our customers to recycle or re-use.
Each order is placed inside a recycled plastic sleeve, which keeps the temperature below 5° when used in combination with gel packs. Whilst the ice packs may no longer be solid once they arrive, they are still working. Keeping the produce chilled for 60+ hours, so your order arrives perfectly cool and ready to enjoy.
