Hand crafted by our in house head chef & perfect as a starter or a light snack. Made using a blend of succulent chicken breast, onion & spices and served with a yoghurt, mint & chilli dip. **Please note this product is dispatched frozen and will arrive part defrosted. Do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. **

Pakora: Chicken breast (28%), onion, gram flour, water, chilli, ginger, salt, cumin seeds, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, methi leaves, chilli powder. Dip: Natural yoghurt (MILK)(45%), ketchup (CELERY) , MILK, cumin, mint (1%), chilli powder, salt.
Cooking
Once thoroughly defrosted fry the pakora in hot oil at 170°C for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp.
ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT.
Storage
Previously frozen, do not re-freeze. Keep refrigerated 0-5°C and use within 3 days.
