Crab Linguine With Chilli, Lemon & Coriander
A Firm Favourite From The Fish People . A Simple Yet Delicious Sauteed Pasta Dish With Soft Pasteurised Crab, Coriander & A Nice Kick From Fresh Chilli, Chilli Oil & A Twist Of Lemon. Unlike Most Pasta For Best Results This Dish Is Made With Pre Cooked Chilled Linguine.

Pasteurised Crab (CRUSTACEAN), linguine (EGG, GLUTEN(WHEAT)),olive oil, chilli, fresh coriander, chilli oil, contains (SOYABEAN) lemon zest.
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add the pasta & cook for 8 -10 minutes. Remove from the heat & run under cold water for a couple of minutes. Drain the pasta into a sieve and let stand for 20 minutes or so to dry. This part could be done earlier & the pasta kept in the fridge. Place a wok on a high heat and have all the ingredients to hand. When the wok is searing hot add the coriander oil followed quickly by the dry pasta. Use food tongs to mix the pasta in the oil for 2 minutes & season with salt & pepper. Finally add the crab & sautee for 1 more minute with a squeeze of lemon juice at the end if you wish. Divide between 2 warmed serving plates. Enjoy!
