Bengali Bhuna Curry Sauce
A Thick Bhuna Style Bengali Curry Sauce With The Addition Of Peppers And Cauliflower. Pairs Wonderfully Well With Seafood Including Prawn, Seabass, Monkfish and Crab. The Very Same Sauce That Features In Our King Prawn Curry Special. Serves 2.

Tomato, onion, pepper, cauliflower, ginger, garlic, spices, curry leaf, methi leaves, coriander, lemon, rapeseed oil, chilli.
Stir-fry protein in a pan until browned. Pour sauce contents into the pan. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until the protein is cooked through.
ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT.
