WILD HALIBUT EN PAPILLOTE FOR 2
Cooking instructions for our preprepared meal.
Pre heat your oven to 220oc.
Take the hispi cabbage and potatoes and place on a greased baking sheet. Season with a little salt and transfer to the hot oven. Roast the vegetables for 15 to 18 minutes until the cabbage is slightly charred at the edges.
Take the pappillote and in the opening on the papers edge pour in the soya broth. Give the broth a good shake before you do this to ensure all ingredients are mixed.on a flat surface fold and press the opening on the paper a few times until it is properly sealed. Place the paper parcels on a greased baking tray and lightly grease the top of the paper.This will prevent the paper from burning.
Put the parcels in the hot oven for the last 8 to 10 minutes with the veg, the paper will puff up and become dark.
Remove the parcel and veg from the oven. Place the parcel on a large serving plate for ease of sharing.Be careful when opening the parcels as the build up of steam will be very hot. Pour the coconut dressing over the roast vegetables and coat well. Serve with wedges of lime and fresh coriander if desired
