WILD HALIBUT EN PAPlLLOTE MIXED GREENS CHILLI GINGER BROTH SESAME NOODLES
Cooking instructions for our preprepared meal.
Pre heat your oven to 220oc.
Take the papillotes and in the opening on the paper edge pour in the ginger broth. Give the broth a good shake before you do this to ensure all ingredients are mixed. On a flat surface fold and press the opening on the paper a few times until it is properly sealed. Place the paper parcels on a greased baking tray and lightly grease the top of the paper, this will prevent the paper from burning.
Put the parcels in the very hot oven for 8 minutes, the paper will puff up and become dark, peel back the film on the noodles. They can be microwaved for 2 to 3 minutes or flash fried in a wok if preferred.
Remove the parcels from the oven. Be careful when opening the parcels as the build up of steam will be very hot. Serve with a wedge of lime.
