Tandoori King Prawn Chana Masala
Cooking instructions for our Dine at Home dish!
Method:
For best results you want the prawns to be charred at the edges. This can be achieved on a char grill or under a very hot grill.
Remove tandoori king prawn from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Season with a little salt and if using a grill place under the hot grill as close to the heat source as possible. The prawns will take 3 to 4 minutes each side.
Pour the chana masala into a small saucepan and gently heat do not boil. Peel the film from rice and microwave on full power for 2 to 3 minutes.
Heat chapati in a hot oven for one minute.
Serve with wedges of fresh lemon.
