Tandoori King Prawn Chana Masala

Remove bhaji from packaging.
For best results deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes at 170oc alternatively they can be placed in a preheated oven at 190oc for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp.
For best results you want the prawns to be charred at the edges. This can be achieved on a char grill or under a very hot grill.
Remove tandoori king prawn from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Season with a little salt and if using a grill place under the hot grill as close to the heat source as possible. The prawns will take 3 to 4 minutes each side.
Pour the chana masala into a small saucepan and gently heat do not boil. Peel the film from rice and microwave on full power for 2 to 3 minutes. The chapatti can be heated on a naked flame or in a hot dry frying pan for 30 seconds each side. Serve with wedges of fresh lemon.
