STIR-FRIED MONKFISH & KING PRAWN BANG BANG NOODLES

Cooking Instructions

     FOR BEST RESULTS STIRFRY IN 2 SEPARATE BATCHES

 

  • METHOD Stir fry prawns & monkfish in a very hot wok for 1 minute & set
    aside.
  • Get the wok really hot again & add the greens.
  • Stirfry for 2 minutes or so & then add the cooked noodles.
  • Keep stirring for a further 2 minutes & add the prawns & monkfish.
  • Finally remove from the heat & add the sauce mix & stir through for 1 more minute.
  • Place noodles into 2 warm serving bowls & enjoy.
