Ingredients:
- 16 cocktail blinis
- 120g garlic & herb cream cheese
- 120g smoked salmon
- 20g tub cress
- Caviar or Lumpfish Roe (optional)
Method:
- Following the pack instructions, warm the blinis.
- Spread the blinis with the cream cheese, lay the salmon on top and scatter over the cress.
- For an optional touch of luxury top with some caviar or lumpfish roe.
