Smoked Salmon Blinis

Ingredients:

  • 16 cocktail blinis
  • 120g garlic & herb cream cheese
  • 120g smoked salmon 
  • 20g tub cress
  • Caviar or Lumpfish Roe (optional)

Method:

  1. Following the pack instructions, warm the blinis.
  2. Spread the blinis with the cream cheese, lay the salmon on top and scatter over the cress. 
  3. For an optional touch of luxury top with some caviar or lumpfish roe.
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
