Sesame Seared Tuna
Remove tuna from the fridge 20 minutes before serving to take the chill off.
Mix the salad a little and devide between 2 serving plates.
Place the tuna beside the salad and then a small spoonful of mayo.
The soya dressing can be poured over the tuna or served in a small dish on the side.
Place panko breadcrumbs onto a shallow plate. Remove marinated prawns from packaging and coat with the breadcrumbs and set aside.
Heat a deep fat fryer to 170oc. If you dont have a deep fat fryer a frying pan with enough oil to just cover the prawns will do.
Empty the katsu curry into a small saucepan and place on a low heat and bring to a gentle simmer. Peel back film on rice and microwave on full power for 2 to 3 minutes until hot. Cook king prawns in the hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. The warm katsu can be poured over the crispy prawns or served separately.
