Cooking instructions
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 190oc.
- Put the potatoes on a baking sheet & season with a little salt & place in the oven for 25 minutes or so until soft & golden.
- Place the breadstick in the oven for the last 6 to 8 minutes with the potatoes to crisp up.
- The prawns can be cooked in the oven in a heatproof dish for 10 minutes until sizzling.
- Season & roast the hake & cauliflower in the oven for 10 minutes .
- In a pan with a good splash of oil fry the croquettes for 3 to 4 minutes on a low heat until golden & crisp & drain onto kitchen paper.
- Pour the piquillo sauce over the hake for the last 2 minutes of cooking & heat the bravas sauce & pour over the crisp potatoes.
