Cooking instructions

METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 180oc.
  • Put the potatoes on a baking sheet & season with a little salt & place in the oven for 25 minutes or so until soft & golden.
  • Place the breadstick in the oven for the last 6 to 8 minutes with the
    potatoes to crisp up.
  • The prawns can be cooked in the oven in a heatproof dish for 10 minutes until sizzling.
  • Poach the hake in the bag in a pan of simmering water for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • In a pan with a good splash of oil fry the croquettes for 3 to 4 minutes on a low heat until golden & crisp & drain onto kitchen paper.
  • Carefully empty the hake onto a serving plate & heat the bravas sauce & pour over the crisp potatoes.
  • Enjoy everything served together.
