Roast Shetland Cod
Cooking Instructions For our Dine At Home Meal
Pre heat your oven to 190oc.
Peel film from mornay tray, place on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove cod fillet from packaging, season with salt & pepper & fry gently in a medium hot pan on the skin side for 1 minute or so until gently browned.
Place cod fillet skin side up on a baking sheet & put in the oven for the last 10 to 15 minutes with the cauliflower mornay.
Pour the peperonatta into a small saucepan & heat gently on the stove top for 3 to 4 minutes until the prawns are cooked.
Share the peperonatta equally between 2 warm serving bowls, top with the roast cod & serve the mornay on the side.
