Roast Boneless Seabass
Cooking Instructions For Our Dine At Home Meal.
Preheat oven to 190oc. S
eason the bass fillets with a little salt.
In a medium hot pan fry the bass fillets on the skin side only for 2 minutes or so until slightly crisp, remove onto a baking sheet putting 2 fillets together skin side out as to make a whole fish.
Transfer to the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
In a hot wok fry the greens for 3 to 4 minutes & season with salt & pepper to taste.
Empty the oil mix into a shallow pan & heat gently.
To check the fish is cooked pierce the thickest part of the fish with a small knife
if there is no resistence its done.
Transfer the bass to 2 serving plates, spoon over the oil & sweet soya mix.
Serve the stirfried veg on the side.
ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT
