METHOD

Empty contents of pouch into a heavy based pan and place on a low heat and bring to a simmer.

Only simmer for 1 to 2 minutes to ensure the prawns do not over cook.

Peel back one corner of the rice tub and place in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.

Take the wholewheat roti, place on a dry frying pan on medium heat 30 seconds each side to warm through.
