MOROCCAN SPICED HADDOCK PAPILLOTE

Cooking instructions for our dine at home meal.

Pre heat your oven to 200oc.

Remove papillote from packaging & place onto a lightly oiled baking sheet.

Lightly oil the top of the paper as this will prevent it from burning.

Place the papillote on the top shelf of the oven leaving plenty of space for the paper to expand.

Cook for 7 to 10 minutes the paper will rise up fully & become dark.

Peel film from the couscous tub & microwave on full power for 2 to 3 minutes mixing half way through. Alternatively flash fry in a wok or pan for 2 minutes with a littlte oil.

Remove the beet salad from the fridge before cooking starts just to take the chill off.

Serve the papillote on a large plate.

Be careful when opening the top there will be a buid up of steam.

Enjoy with the couscous & salad on the side.
