Monkfish Stew

Cooking instructions for our pre-preapred meal. 

  • Preheat oven to 210oc.
  • Remove vegetables from the packaging onto a baking sheet, season with salt & pepper.
  • Transfer to the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until charred & tender.
  • Pour the fish cream into a shallow pan & place on a low heat & gently heat for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Separate the pastry lids onto a baking sheet & place into the oven for the final 8 minutes or so with the veg until fully risen & golden.
  • Share the fish stew between 2 warm serving bowls, top with the crisp pastry & serve with the vegetables on the side.
  • ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT
