King Prawn & Chickpea Sagg

Method:

  1. Place the curry mix & prawns into a large pan & on a medium heat bring to a simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until the prawns are cooked. Stir the sauce regularly to ensure it doesn't stick.
  2. Peel the film from the rice & microwave on full power for 2 minutes or so until hot.
  3. Place the chapatis in a dry frying pan on a low heat for 30 seconds each side to warm through.
  4. Share the curry between 2 warm serving bowls with the rice & chapati on the side.
