Kerala Spiced Haddock
Cooking instructions for our Dine at Home meal.
Preheat the oven to 180 oc.
Remove fish from packaging onto a greased baking sheet, season with a little salt & place into the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove film from the rice tub & microwave on full power for 2 to 3 minutes. Empty the salad into a serving bowl & toss with the tamarind dressing. Place the fish onto 2 warmed serving plates, serve with the rice, yogurt sauce on the side & scatter the poppadom crumb on top of the salad.
ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT
