Halibut En Papillote for 2

Cooking instructions for our dine at home meal

Pre heat oven to 220oc.


Take the pappilotte and in the opening on the papers edge pour in the ginger broth.


On a flat surface fold and press the opening on the paper a few times until properly
sealed.

Place the parcels on a greased baking sheet and lightly grease the top of the
paper.

This will prevent the paper from burning. Put the parcels in the hot oven for
around 8 minutes.

Peel back the film on the rice. Place in a microwave on full power
for 2 to 3 minutes or stirfry in a hot wok with a little sesame oil for 1 minute or so.


Remove the parcel from the oven. Be careful when opening the paper as there will be
a build up of steam.

Serve on 2 warmed plates with rice on the side and a wedge of
fresh lime.
