GRILLED SEA BREAM WITH SPINACH & CHILLI
Ingredients:
- 2 Fillets of Sea Bream
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 250g baby spinach
- ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Preheat a grill to medium-hot
- Put the sea bream on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Pat the fish dry with kitchen paper, then drizzle with some olive oil and season with salt.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway, until the skin is blistered and the flesh is just cooked.
- For the chilli spinach, pour some oil in a frying pan, add the chilli and garlic and turn on the heat (the oil will then gently be infused with flavours).
- When the garlic begins to turn brown, add the spinach leaves - a handful at a time, after having stirred. Cover with lid and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
