GRILLED SALMON & COD TERIYAKI
Cooking Instructions for our Dine at Home Meal
Preheat your grill to the highest setting.
Place the fish & broccoli evenly onto a greased baking sheet & season with a little salt.
Transfer to the grill as close to the heat as possible & cook for 5 to 6 minutes turning regularly until lightly charred & the fish is cooked through.
Peel the film from the rice & microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or stirfry in a hot wok for 2 minutes with a splash of oil.
The teriyake sauce can be heated in the microwave for 1 minute or so in the container or pourred into a small pan and gently heated on the stove top.
When done arrange the fish & broccoli onto 2 warmed serving plates with the vegetable rice on the side.
The teriyake sauce can be poured over the dish or used as a dip if prferred.
