Gin-ger King Prawns

- 500g King Prawns peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 60g spring onions chopped
- 3 tbsp pickled ginger
- 60ml Gin
- In a skillet on a low heat melt the butter
- Add the spring onions and soften
- Add the prawns and cook until just translucent
- Add the Gin, pickled ginger and a little of the pickled gingers juice. Cook for a couple more minutes.
- Serve and enjoy! (We recommend serving with a nice crusty bread to soak up the sauce)
