Garlic Parmesan Baked Halibut

Ingredients:

  • 4 Halibut Fillets
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper 
  • 60g butter, softened
  • 60g mayonnaise
  • 115g parmesan
  • 2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 75g of Asparagus 
  • 75g Tenderstem broccoli
  •  

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220'c. 
  2. Season the Halibut with salt, pepper and the lemon juice. Place in a baking dish and bake for 6 minutes.
  3. Mix together the butter, mayonnaise, parmesan, green onion, garlic and tabasco. 
  4. Remove the fish from the oven and spread the mixture over the top and the sides of the Halibut. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the topping is slightly browned. 
  5. Steam the Asparagus and broccoli.
  6. Serve and Enjoy
