Garlic Parmesan Baked Halibut
Ingredients:
- 4 Halibut Fillets
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper
- 60g butter, softened
- 60g mayonnaise
- 115g parmesan
- 2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
- 4-6 garlic cloves, crushed
- dash of Tabasco
- 75g of Asparagus
- 75g Tenderstem broccoli
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220'c.
- Season the Halibut with salt, pepper and the lemon juice. Place in a baking dish and bake for 6 minutes.
- Mix together the butter, mayonnaise, parmesan, green onion, garlic and tabasco.
- Remove the fish from the oven and spread the mixture over the top and the sides of the Halibut. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the topping is slightly browned.
- Steam the Asparagus and broccoli.
- Serve and Enjoy
