Garlic, Ginger and Chilli Prawns

Sauté Prawns with garlic, ginger, and a hint of chilli for a quick and flavourful stir-fry. The omega-3s in prawns make this dish a savoury mood enhancer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil or sesame oil
  • 1 large clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • ½-1 green chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 400g raw king prawns
  • 100g sugar-snap peas

Method:

  1. In a frying pan heat the oil with the garlic, chilli and ginger, and fry for a minute over a medium heat.
  2. Add the Prawns and cook until pink. Add the sugar-snap peas till heated through. 
  3. Serve on its own or with some fried rice.
