BBQ Box: Salmon & King Prawn Skewers

Method:

  1. Cut the salmon filets into skewer sized chunks.
  2. Chop an onion or any other veg you like to have on skewers 
  3. Add a piece of salmon, a King prawn then your chosen veg to the skewer. 
  4. Repeat
  5. In a dish pour the Chipotle marinade over the skewers 
  6. Put in the fridge until ready to BBQ
  7. Place the skewers on the BBQ 
  8. Turn every so often so all sides of the skewers get cooked evenly
  9. Serve with the Potato salad and chilli jam. Enjoy!
