Baked South Indian Haddock

Cooking instructions for our pre-prepared meal.

 

Preheat the oven to 180oc.

Put the haddock fillets on a greased baking sheet, season with salt and place in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes.

The dal and cauliflower dishes can be heated in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes each, stirring half way through.

Alternatively they can be placed into small sauce pans and heated on the stove top.

Remove the fish from the oven and transfer onto 2 warmed serving plates.

Serve the dal, spiced cauliflower and chilled chickpea salad in seperate dishes and enjoy with popadoms.
