Baked Salmon in a Chilli Honey Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp rose harissa
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Side or Fillet of Salmon 
  • Whatever veg you like to accompany the salmon 

Method:

  1. Combine the rose harissa, olive oil, garlic clove and honey. Season with salt. Alternatively use Pass the Piggy's hot honey (available in the shop only)
  2. Prepare your vegetables and place in a baking tray with some olive oil
  3. Bake until the veg is par cooked. 
  4. Remove the tray from the oven. 
  5. Place the salmon skin side down on top of the veg. 
  6. Coat the fish with the marinade, saving a little to add to the fish once baked.
  7. Put back in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
