
Baked Salmon in a Chilli Honey Marinade
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp rose harissa
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 3 tbsp honey
- Side or Fillet of Salmon
- Whatever veg you like to accompany the salmon
Method:
- Combine the rose harissa, olive oil, garlic clove and honey. Season with salt. Alternatively use Pass the Piggy's hot honey (available in the shop only)
- Prepare your vegetables and place in a baking tray with some olive oil
- Bake until the veg is par cooked.
- Remove the tray from the oven.
- Place the salmon skin side down on top of the veg.
- Coat the fish with the marinade, saving a little to add to the fish once baked.
- Put back in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
