Vincenzo’s Pizzaiolo’s Peperoncino

Vincenzo's has teamed up with Kick Foods to launch this punchy Italian chilli oil. It's authentically Italian, and designed specifically with pizza in mind.

It's made with a ruby red chilli from Salerno, in Southern Italy, which is suspended in a luxurious blended olive oil.

It's got a salty, intense, umami hit at the start, which quickly dissipates to leave mellower chilli notes. It's spicy, without being uncomfortably spicy!
