Cooking
Please follow cooking guidelines on Cullen Skink. Pates & chutney are ready to eat. Smoked Peppered Mackerel and Smoked Salmon are ready to eat. Fresh Fish & Kipper should be cooked prior to use.
Storage
Keep products refrigerated, all fish suitable for freezing on the day of receipt. Cullen skink, Smoked Mackerel Pate & Hot Smoked Salmon Pate can be frozen on day of receipt, however are best enjoyed fresh.
