Cooking
Prawns & Sauce
Stir-fry protein in a pan until browned. Pour sauce contents into the pan. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until the protein is cooked through.
ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT.
Fish Pakora
Once thoroughly defrosted fry the pakora in hot oil at 170°C for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp.
