    Tomato, onion, pepper, cauliflower, ginger, garlic, spices, curry leaf, methi leaves, coriander, lemon, rapeseed oil, chilli.

    FISH PAKORA

    Pakora: Coley (Pollachius Virens) (FISH) (37%), onion, gram flour, water, chilli, ginger, salt, cumin seeds, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, methi leaves, chilli powder. Dip: Natural yoghurt (MILK)(45%), ketchup (CELERY) , MILK, cumin, mint (1%), chilli powder, salt

Cooking

Prawns & Sauce

Stir-fry protein in a pan until browned. Pour sauce contents into the pan. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until the protein is cooked through. 

ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT.

Fish Pakora

Once thoroughly defrosted fry the pakora in hot oil at 170°C for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp.
