Roll fishcakes in plain flour & shake off excess through your hands, coat in whisked egg & finally roll in panko breadcrumbs.Deep or shallow fry for 2 minutes until golden. Place in a preheated oven at 170oc for 5 to 7 minutes until heated through. NOT SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT
