Cooked Scottish lobster (Homarus Gammaras)(CRUSTACEAN), double cream, parmesan,cheddar, butter(MILK), English mustard(MUSTARD), Brandy (SULPHITES).
Cooking
If the product is previously frozen, ensure it is fully defrosted before cooking. Pre heat oven to 200oc. Peel film from lobster & place in the oven for 8 minutes or so to heat through. Empty the thermidor sauce into a small pan & heat gently just to melt. Pour half of the sauce onto a heatproof plate & place under a very hot grill until glazed, put the warm lobster on top & pour over the remaining sauce & glaze under the grill once more. Serve carefully as the plate will be very hot. ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT
Storage
Previously frozen. Not suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Day 1 is day of receipt. Ensure fully defrosted before cooking.
