King prawn, lobster stock(CRUSTACEAN), onion, garlic, fresh tomato, chilli flakes, fresh basil, parsley, oregano, linguine pasta(WHEAT GLUTEN), parmesan(MILK)
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Place the sauce & prawns in a large shallow pan & simmer for 4 minutes until the prawns are just cooked. Add the pasta to the boiling water for just 1 minute, using tongs add the pasta to the sauce with a little of the pasta water as required. Mix thoroughly, season to taste, share between 2 serving bowls with the parmesan sprinkled on top & enjoy. ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT
