Wild Scottish haddock (FISH), gram flour, chilli
powder, fresh chilli,fresh coriander, ginger , methi leaves,
cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric. potatoes, onions,
tomato, sugar, lemon, garlic
Once thoroughly defrosted fry the pakora in hot oil at 170° for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp. Ensure pakora are piping hot throughout.
Do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
