Our Special This Week Is A Rich And Creamy Monkfish And Mussel Stew In A Sundried Tomato & Basil Cream, Topped With Crisp Puff Pastry. The Perfect Meal For These Chilly Winter Nights. This Dish Is Accompanied By Deep Roasted Smoked Paprika Winter Vegetables. This Dish Serves Two.

mussels(MOLLUSC),monkfish(FISH),peas, onion, tomato, basil, brussel sprouts, potato, turnip, carrots, smoked paprika, double cream(DAIRY), garlic, puff pastry(GLUTEN EGG),white wine(SULPHITES).
Preheat the oven to 190oc. Empty the vegetable mix onto a baking sheet season with salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes til golden and lightly charred. Place the puff pastry discs side by side on another baking sheet. When the veg has had 15 minutes or so. place the puff pastry in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until risen, golden and crisp. Pour the cream mix into a wide based saucepan and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Equally share the creamed stew between 2 warmed serving bowls. Top with the crisp puff pastry and serve the roasted vegetables on the side . ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT
