Cooked Lobster & Champage Set
The most luxurious Christmas treat. A cooked Scottish lobster, halved & served with garlic butter. The perfect way to celebrate during the festive season. Add the extra indulgence of a bottle of Champagne from the boutique Baron Albert vineyard.
Our lobsters are sustainably caught in Scottish Waters and packed full of tender, juicy meat. Hand cooked and prepared by our in house head chef.
Please note the live weight of the lobster is between 600 - 800g, this will reduce once cooked.

Ensure lobster is fully defrosted before cooking. Peel film from lobster tray. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 190oc for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove chips from packaging and fry in hot oil at 180oc for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve with wedges of fresh lemon.
Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated, do not freeze. Use within 2 days.
