    Cooking

    FULLY DEFROST IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT DO NOT COOK FROM PART FROZEN. Place patties in a frying pan over a medium heat with a tablespoon of cooking oil for 3 to 4 minutes turning regularly until golden brown and firm to the touch. Serve with fresh coriander and wedges of lime.

    Storage

    Previously frozen, do not re-freeze. Keep Refrigerated. Treat As Fresh And Use Within 3 Days.
