    Cooking

    FULLY DEFROST BEFORE COOKING. Fry at a med heat with a splash of oil for 3-4 mins, turn regularly until golden brown and firm to the touch. 

    Storage

    Previously frozen, do not re-freeze. Once defrosted treat As fresh and use within 3 days. Fully defrost before cooking. Keep Refrigerated.
