Internal. Used by the United Kingdom tax override to charge 0 percent VAT on zero-rated food (HMRC VAT Notice 701/14). Membership is by product category: Food Items subcategories that are zero-rated, excluding confectionery, crisps and snacks other than crackers, and all beverages. Not published to any sales channel.
