This is why we work closely with our trusted network of fishermen and get deliveries of fresh fish every single day. Our Range of Preserves

At The Fish People, we supply a wide range of delicious preserved fish and caviar. This includes:

• Anchovies
• Crayfish tails
• Herring Rollmop
• Avruga Caviar
• Lumpfish Roe

We supply Avruga caviar as a less expensive, more sustainable alternative to beluga caviar. Beluga caviar comes from sturgeon, which has seen a dramatic decline in numbers. Avruga caviar comes from herring, which is much more numerous.

It should be served in the same way as beluga caviar, perhaps with a little on a blini as a hor d'oeuvre or as a topping on lobster for a truly indulgent main meal.

However you choose to serve any of our preserves, you can be sure of the quality of the produce.

Delivering Our Preserves 

We have been serving our local community for two decades, and we are proud to be able to bring our produce to a wider audience.

In fact, we now offer next day delivery all over the UK.

All our preserves are carefully packaged in “Wool Cool” insulated packaging, along with biodegradable gel packs. These keep the produce cool for up to 36 hours. We offer delivery direct to your door, or if you are going to be out, to your nominated safe place.
